Set GITHUB_PROJECT_URL to issue's project

Is it possible to set GITHUB_PROJECT_URL to issue's project?

For example, if issue is in Project A, GITHUB_PROJECT_URL will be set to Project A,  
and if issue is in Project B, GITHUB_PROJECT_URL will be set to Project B,  
and we don't care when issue is not in any project.
