Deeper Sleep

It was discussed in the last community backlog session that it would be good to have some kind of deeper sleep feature, but numerous ideas got proposed. I am creating this discussion so the topic can be explored further.

One proposed idea was a setting for determining the number of times the user has to consecutively issue a wakeup command to actually wake up talon. Another idea was a tag that would require a longer wakeup command that would be harder to get triggered unintentionally like "wakeup wakeup".

It was agreed that community should have a centralized wake up action to make this kind of feature easier to implement and maintain.
