Stack and memory window too narrow

The stack and memory window are too narrow by a few pixels, such that often, e.g. when coloured, the last two digits are replaced by dots.

Another solution could be to remove leading zeros, but display the numbers right aligned. In fact, this would be a nice feature anyway, even if you make the panel slightly wider for the worst case.
