Disable animation when accessing the full list of apps

Is there a way to disable the animation of apps showing up in screen?
I'm using Olauncher in a Eink phone, so it feels super unnatural to have that animation, thanks in advance

Animations are off by default on e-ink displays, not sure why it's not working. Would you be able to email me a video along with the device model name? I'll take a look.
