Bug with Recents drop-down menu

Android 16 has a new feature where, on the Recents screen, it has a drop-down context menu for each app: https://www.androidauthority.com/android-16-qpr1-recents-screen-tweaks-3557780/

These drop-down menus sometimes appear when I unlock my phone; just sitting on the home screen with no app shown:

(NOTE: my home screen is blank, with just the wallpaper and notification bar)

I've noticed that if I swipe up, the animation plays as if the app is being closed. So I suspect the app preview is meant to be shown here, but it's not for some reason...

This is an Android issue. It'll happen with any launcher you download.

Set the battery to Unrestricted for Olauncher and turn on the double tap to lock. It won't fix it completely but it should reduce the frequency.
