Assuming we wanna release the first version of the TU, the ui/ux needs to be improved. Lots of small bugs/unhandled errors occurs (like eg crashing the app if the node is down), so they need to be found at fixed to prepare the TU MVP version.

Add the wallet daemon and tapplets into Tari Universe v1 on a feature branch. Start mvp to see if it can connect with wallet daemon, launch tapplet and so on but with no UI, just to see if it works under the hood. Run a tari indexer locally (only if enabled in settings).
