Border radius issue on hover for multiline Meaning column (Crowdsource Contributions)

Describe the bug

On the Crowdsource Contributions page, the background hover effect for the “Meaning” column misbehaves when the text spans multiple lines.

• The peach-colored background loses proper border-radius styling on the right side.
• This results in squared corners or a visually inconsistent hover appearance.
• See attached screenshot for reference.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://uli-community.tattle.co.in/crowdsource-contributions
2. Hover over a row where the “Meaning” text is long enough to wrap into multiple lines

Expected behavior

The background on hover should maintain smooth and consistent rounded corners, even when content spans multiple lines.

@Mahimahto These look like 2 different issues. Can you split them into 2? so that one can be about the border radius bug and the other can be about the responsiveness.
