Volume Control

Some way of adjusting the volume would be quite nice. This should be a GUI of some kind and also be controllable by MIDI and OSC.

@jeanbrazeau, I guess for this one we may also need another knob to be on the GUI somewhere. I know we're packing a lot more in at this point. Any ideas?
