Hello, I don't know if this is the right place to ask but the Tektronix support website is not working. I wanted to ask if the commands for the MSO24 will also work on the DPO72304SX oscilloscope. Is there a different programmers manual or is the command syntax/commands the same for both these scopes? Does tm_devices also support the DPO? I do not have the scope on hand yet so I can not test it, but I would like to prepare for when the scope gets here, that way I am ready to communicate or have an idea how too.

Hi @enrique062701,

• The commands are different. Some are standard across our instruments but they are different enough you'll want to check.
• If you switch the model in your code, you can see the incompatible code turn grey, as they are no longer valid for that driver. (Assuming you are using VSCode)
• They have different programmer's manuals on Tek.com
• Yes tm_devices supports the DPO70k family. It also supports DPOJET if you are going to be using that. (I think DPOJET also has its own programmer's manual lol)
