No sound when sharing a screen during a stream

Steps to reproduce

Hello,
I'm writing this post because, after a lot of research, I haven't been able to find a solution to my problem.

Let me summarize.
I'm on telegram Desktop (11.6.270262 Stable), downloaded from the official site

It's installed on a Mac Mini M1 (Ventura 13.6.6)

when I launch a live stream, and want to share the screen, the sound is not shared at all, even though I asked for it when I launched the share.
I've tried several solutions (like routing with Blackhole or Loopback, for example). I tested with several sound cards and nothing worked.

It's not due to the telegram version, because this problem has been going on for a very long time, and no update has fixed it.

Has anyone here encountered the same situation and been able to resolve it?

Expected behaviour

Sound is shared while sharing a screen during a stream.

Actual behaviour

The vidéo is shared, but never the sound whatever the source (browser tab, vlc...)
