Noise reduction works poorly, does not suppress technical noises

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Telegram Desktop
2. Call another user, turn on video.
3. Talk for a few minutes.

Expected behaviour

Noise suppression should suppress all noises that are not related to human speech.
Noise suppression should suppress (exclude from sound) technical noises, beeps, accumulated noises, noises from electromagnetic or radio frequency interference, accumulated noises.

Actual behaviour

Noise suppression works extremely poorly.
Any noises still sound during communication, and are not suppressed by the noise suppressor.
The noise suppressor does not remove accumulated noises (often due to imperfect microphones on the interlocutors), does not remove electromagnetic and radio frequency noises.
The noise suppressor does not remove or muffle impacts, sharp sounds.
The noise suppressor does not remove constant noises, increasing noises during the interlocutor's silence.
