Hi,

I'm using an Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics GPU. Here are my system details:

  • GPU: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
  • Driver Version: 32.0.101.6313
  • Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
    • Version: 24H2
    • Installed on: 15/12/2024
    • OS Build: 26100.2894
    • Feature Experience Pack: 1000.26100.36.0

I've updated to the latest drivers available for my GPU, yet the issue with the blank white screen when opening images/media persists.

Please let me know if you need any further details.

Thanks!
