[Feature Request] Support /me expansion to fill in current user name

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, when typing "/me is doing something" it sends the text in plain text as is.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if Telegram supported the feature many IRC clients and other chat software/messengers have in common that when typing "/me" at the beginning of the line followed by some text, e.g. "/me is feeling dizzy at the bar" it changes the submitted text to for example "UserFoo is feeling dizzy at the bar".

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatives could be instead of showing just the username (e.g., UserFoo as in the example above) to display the First name and Last name as filled in by the user in their settings, with a link to that user, same as @ followed by username does.
