Old deleted chats coming up in search suggestions

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any telegram client
2. Start search with something
3. See some old deleted chats or bots coming up your search

Expected behaviour

Deleted (or at least blocked) chats and deleted (or at least blocked) bots not coming up when your search is matched

Actual behaviour

Deleted private chats and deleted bots are showing in search results (when matched). Moreover, it's working a bit weird: some of the old bots are shown (when search is matched) while others are not (also when name is matched).

Operating system

Windows 10 (or any client, as it's server side issue)
