Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently there are keyboard shortcuts to navigate stickers: https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/wiki/Keyboard-Shortcuts

However, there appears to be no way to pop up the sticker selector using keyboard, which disrupts the keyboard flow.

Add a keyboard shortcut to pop up the sticker selector
