No 'call ended' sound when other side hangs up

Steps to reproduce

1. Accept a call on computer A, observe there is a 'call begin' sound.
2. End the call on device B.

Expected behaviour

Computer A plays the 'call end' sound.

Actual behaviour

Call ends silently on computer A.

I suppose this change should remove the call ended sound for the case of incoming call that you yourself handled on some different device with your account (picked up on mobile, for example) and no need for call ended sound in that case on your desktop device.
