Support listWorkflowExecutions in test server

Test server only implements list open / closed, need support for this since all SDKs now have a high level API to list workflows that relies on this endpoint.

According to the forum post that pointed me to this issue we can use the ListOpenWorkflowExecutionsRequest or ListClosedWorkflowExecutionsRequest endpoints instead. Is there a way to access these endpoints via the Java SDK?

Hi, are there any updates on this ? I need to query workflow executions with specific search attribute and then terminate and delete the execution. Test Environment doesn't support neither workflowClient.getWorkflowServiceStubs().blockingStub().listWorkflowExecutions nor workflowClient.getWorkflowServiceStubs().blockingStub().listWorkflowExecutions.

Any update would be posted on this issue. This is a large amount of work to add because the test server currently has no support for querying search attribute.
