toggle between relative and absolute time

hi,
I found myself wanting to share a dashboard (e.g. in emails) at a particular point in time, obviously relative time doesn't work so it'd be nice to have a "permalink" somewhere to copy/paste. On the same note, it'd be nice if the hitting the calendar icon for absolute time would pre-fill the timerange with what is currently displayed
