closing txs while sidepanel is hidden will allways show all sidepanel docks to the left

Environment

• TeXstudio: current beta2 (but I think it has always been like this)
• Qt: 6.8.0-2
• OS: Windows(10)
• TeX distribution: miktex

Expected behavior

txs should restore docks at last position

Actual behavior

all dock positions are reset

How to reproduce

For example move structure dock from left to right side. Hide sidepanel (icon at lower left) then restart txs. Let sidepanel be visible again. You'll see that structure dock appears on the left side, now.
