Add feature to check that abbreviations are within parentheses

Hi, @azu I would like to add the option of feature from this rule here so that the acronym expansion is always in front of the actual acronym. It would be nice to have this feature that enforces the format of expansion(acronym) as an option. Let me know your thought.
