Feature request: offline portable mode

The initial setup of VideoJaNai requires an active internet connection, as well as a few gigabytes of disk space on C:\, without the option to move the installed files elsewhere or bring them to a different PC without internet access. If possible, please add an offline distribution, or instructions on how to make one in a single folder.
