Send log messages to Slack when the build breaks

So it would be good to post helpful messages to slack when the build fails so non-technical people (eg Esther) can fix the problem themselves without a technical person (ie us) doing it for them.

• Setup a webhook in slack
• Configure one of the libraries below to make it easy to log messages
