Search on competitions page breaks when query has a space

Describe the bug
When attempting to search for a competition in the search bar on the competitions page, including a space in the query will cause the search page to become unusable. While some information shows up, pressing any element will cause the page to become blank.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to competitions page
2. Enter any query with a space into the search bar
3. Click enter and observe error

Expected behavior
The elements on the page should work as expected and not disappear.

I unfonrtunately cannot reconstruct this based on your description.
Searching for Franconia[SPACE]Winter gives me perfectly fine and usable results.

Perhaps your error is related to your specific search term, what were you searching for exactly?

I have enabled an event filter and ticked the checkbox for registration icon, to prove that I am able to intreact with the page after entering the search query

I have concluded after further testing that this issue only exists on Firefox. Occasionally on my version, the search query fails to include a + as a space and instead leaves the link blank (https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions?search=Franconia Winter instead of https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions?search=Franconia+Winter). It appears to initially include it, but it disappears after appearing for around 0.25 seconds. I wasn't able to replicate this in a private browser tab, so this is probably something with one of my extensions or a cache corruption. However, after clearing my cache and turning off all extensions, as well as updating firefox to version 134.0.1, the issue still persists.
