Using Thingsboard Live I'm able to login to my on-prem with sysadmin but not with tenant admin.

i think i have the same problem; i'm running TB CE v3.9 on-prem, and installed the android TB Live app. i can login with sysadmin, (which does not show me anything useful, only profile info) but logging in with tenant admin (typing or qr code) does not work, returns to login page with no error message.
i assume i do not need to install the Flutter SDK when i want to use the TB Live app, but do i need any configuration in my TB instance?
