Navigation error

Hello, I am trying to do a mobile navigation from Menu -> Button -> Weather station and when I try to navigate from the mobile I get the error: the parth dashboard is not currently not supported I am using two types of buttons, one of which I put the navigation to the specific panel and the other one that navigates by url, in one tenant it works for me and in another it doesn't, what could it be?

Hello,

As far as I understand you have two separate widgets for two tenants.
Because the dashboard is a web view the mobile has some kind of communication with the web part. Based on it could be the widget you're using for navigation probably has different links.

Or I don't understand something.
