What done looks like:

Using the command line, It should be possible to automatically count the number of rows for which the matching algorithm can find the correct PSGC code for all the freeform addresses in a testing dataset (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tKah-fMgocACTBNxPmZFjLw33W8k09F4n6Xfc7_5gzg/edit#gid=0)
