Editor: strange behavior in Project Settings

Description

In Modules and Platforms, the add buttons hide or change shape when the window size changes, and the X button does not allow deletion.

Prerequisites

Opened Project

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Window - Project Setings
2. Add Modules, add Platforms
3. Delete Modules of Platforms using X button

Expected behavior:

One of the Modules of Platforms deleted

Actual behavior:

Nothing happens

Additional Information

If you add three or more Modules, the + and - buttons will disappear under Platforms. If you now resize the window, the buttons will narrow down to fit in the Modules row in height.
