Steps to reproduce

Context: automated download of attachments limited by device or app settings for various reasons, e. g. roaming (!) in a given email.

Forwarding (or reply to) the email results in loss of attachment(s). No warnings issued, no settings available to e. g. automatically download attachment (and override settings).

Expected behavior

When forwarding (or replying to) an email that has an attachment, which is not present on the device due to download restrictions (In settings), a dialogue should be started to inform the user that the attachment is not available for forwarding and allow the user to load the attachment to the device.

Actual behavior

Forwarding (or reply to) the email results in loss of attachment(s).

I changed this to an enhancement as it's a good idea for improving the attachment handling. We won't be able to do this soon, so this is a good first issue.

This might be a differentiator. Apparently even iOS devices have this behavior.

I looked into this a little bit and it seems like it is already checked if attachments are present on device here and here.

If not all attachments could be loaded a toast message informing the user about the situation is displayed.
This section of code would probably be the ideal entry point to trigger the dialog.
