Depth tab not showing up

I installed via the URL and it doesn't show up on the tabs.

For reference, I am on an M1 mac

It says it is installed in the extensions tab.

This is what it looks like in my terminal:

I tried restarting the computer and the 'Apply and restart ui' button but this is what I get now:
