bug description:
Failed captchas are not showing in the dashboard
affects:
to reproduce:
Adding the widget on any of the sites I tested with ({See edit history, removed endpoints for SEO reasons}) works and it is effective.
But even if i purposefully fail the captchas (e.g failing the headless checks or similar) it does not show up as a failed one in my Dashboard.
I am confirming failed captchas client side (the failed captcha message has to show up)
expected behavior:
failed captchas should be tracked.

I installed cap-standalone on coolify behind Cloudflare. Cloudflare is in Proxy mode and the Certificate config is correct. (full encryption)
I tested across most of the available OS and Browsers.
