Skip / immediately apply a scheduled transaction

2 related feature reqeusts:

• It'd be useful to be able to skip a scheduled transaction
• Sometimes a scheduled transaction happens earlier than scheduled, it'll be useful to be able to manually apply it from the scheduled transactions list earlier than scheduled

You can short-touch the scheduled transaction and choose "duplicate" and it will create an transaction instance at current time.

For the first point ... I would suggest just manually delete the transaction you want to skip after it's created, or edit the schedule, change start time to sometime after the moment you want to skip.

Pretty dirty, but I think it's easier to come up some interface to choose a skip time and handle the logic ...

I was unaware of the duplicate option, thanks for pointing it out.

I'd use these features often if they were implemented, but I understand if that's not a priority. Feel free to close the issue if
you don't see it ever being implemented.

I don't think I'll implement it anytime soon, but I would prefer keep the issue open that probably I'll think a good way to implement someday, or someone else would contribute/implement in other apps :P
