Difficult to setup

Hi, it is difficult for me to locate the files required to use Bounce. I want to know how large the files are, and how to include it in the browser using script and link tags.

If you can make it a little more straightforward that would be nice.

There's a package branch here: https://github.com/tictail/bounce.js/tree/package. Published on npm/Bower.

Would be useful to have a separate repo with the files in the https://github.com/tictail/bounce.js/tree/master/app/scripts/lib/bounce directory and publish that, instead of the dist JS files.
