expandable_toggle_button OnClickListerner & if item expanded

Hi, I try to change the background of the row item, toggle button and expanded area after clicking toggle button but can't access onClick event of the button. As well, I may check if any row expanded so I can change the backgrounds. Any help? Thanks.
