Drop-down menus customization

I'm in the process of writing a custom Gruvbox theme, and almost at the final result I noticed that drop-down menus have no customization option in custom.css. This element has the default Steam colors. I checked one of the pre-installed themes (Yaru) and the problem remains.

Dropdowns were themed before. Valve changed how these dropdowns work in a recent Steam update and I haven't had the time to fix them yet.
