This is a JavaFx gui application, which can read input pdf with/without owner password and write a copy pdf or temporay pdf file with footer text and/or encrypt saved pdf. If an output pdf file will be encrypted, a user can choose how many rights there are in oputput pdf file. A reading user may have only rigth to read or/and do_not_encrypt_metadata. Or you can set many another rights in encrypted oputput pdf. A write passwords for a user and a pdf owner can be generated. A password maximal length is 25 charachters. A user can write text into a footer on every page. The footer text can be positioned on the page footer area. Or you can select font to used in footer text.
