Add CLI parameters for host and user keys

As of now, the SSH-Attacker supports reading host and user keys from file via the PubKeyUtil class programmatically. However, there is no option which allows one to load host and user keys via a CLI parameter from a separate file (one may still use a Config XML to set the keys).
