Description
We should document every class, and ideally, also any non-trivial function. Claude.ai has been very helpful in this. For any class that describes a protocol feature, we should link the respective standards/RFCs, and for classes describing protocol structs, we should copy and paste the respective struct from the documentation into the class.
The detail level should be appropriate for a developer who is in principal familiar with TLS and Java.
