Easy find+replace and concatenate speaker's names

Transcription function is awesome, but I need tool for easy replace "A"'s to the real speaker name. Also speaker "A" can be detected as "C" or something else. "Flatten" speaker instances into one person.
May be the list of speakers before transcription will be good. And I can link speakers from the list to the speaker's page.
