Can tokio::sync::Mutex shared between different Runtime?

For better perf we create two multithread runtime instance on different cpu core.

1. can i lock a async mutex in runtime A and across a .await point which will spawn on runtime B?
2. can runtime A and B lock same async mutex instance in sametime?

now it works but i cannot decide no problem for this. may have some wake up question? or other?
