I've got the same issue after upgrading to React-Native 0.76
iOS throws com.facebook.react.runtime.JavaScript (12): EXC_BAD_ACCESS (code=1, address=0x0)

failing method there takes following params:

#14	0x0000000103823064 in -[RCTTurboModuleManager provideLegacyModule:] at [...]/node_modules/react-native/ReactCommon/react/nativemodule/core/platform/ios/ReactCommon/RCTTurboModuleManager.mm:470

(facebook::react::ObjCTurboModule::InitParams) params = {
  moduleName = "NativeWebBrowser"
  instance = 0x000060000032cc80
  jsInvoker = std::__1::shared_ptr<facebook::react::CallInvoker>::element_type @ 0x0000600000c6ea18 strong=40 weak=1 {
    __ptr_ = 0x0000600000c6ea18
    __cntrl_ = 0x0000600000c6ea00
  }

}
