Python version shown in tree view

I think it would be good to show the detectd PY version in the tree view. It seems like this type of additional info is supported for certain item types already, like the Project which shows the directory path, and the SDK which show the path too.

I was poking around in the SDK but couldn't find the appropriate APIs. So I asked in the community forum too https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/8783443406098-Show-additional-info-to-file-in-the-project-tree-view

I know. I started working on it a while ago but it's a deep hole of APIs. I'll try to revive this work.
