Receive Better Logging from OBC

🚀 Feature

Add a module in Houston that actively displays OBC logging output.
Develop proper handlers in the hub to receive the logging.

Motivation

At our current state, we do not receive logging/terminal output from the OBC so it is difficult to tell what state the OBC.
Developing this is critical for test flights and competition so that we can troubleshoot more easily as well.

Pitch

The module should be simple, just a simple terminal-like module displaying the OBC logging.

Additional context

1. Handlers to receive the logging packets on the hub.
2. Determine the format in which logging output is sent (TBD).
3. Incorporate module onto the frontend.
