Find out a bunch of bugs that has been introduced in git and fixed recently in the official Git repo, merged them and rebuild it

• Disable all popups/dialogs from bells, tips..
• More rebranding from iTerm to Therm
• Start the top menubar cleanup
• Build with -O3 and stripped (-4MB)

First beta release of Therm

Still lot of work to continue the rebrand and lot of things to be removed, but that's just an initial release for testing.
