"user:hogehoge"で検索したのち、load more messagesをクリックすると

{
  word: user%3Ahogehoge,
  max_ts: 1610966123.393700
}

というようにパーセントエンコーディングされたクエリ
(つまり実際に飛ぶクエリはもう一回エンコードされてword=user%253Ahogehoge&max_ts=1610966123.393700)
が飛んでしまう

この結果正常な検索結果が返ってこない
