While working on #841, I noticed that some Altersgrenzen tests for public pensions only run through if we only check up to the first decimal. The reason is that there are some typos in the test files, I checked the law to verify this.

We should check results up to the second decimal and update the test files. I am quite sure that this is a problem about the test files only, not the pension module itself.
