Flexible input computational grid format

- Currently the input computational grid is assumed to follow CaNS format
- This can be a huge limitation when grid stretching is allowed in the vertical directions only. 

[ ] Consider allowing grid stretching in multiple directions 
[ ] Switch to a generic grid format that can be easily portable to different CFD solvers
