FE Render practice interview questions for a job application

Create functionality to have practice questions for a job application based on the job description

• Add button "Practice Interview"
• fetch request to backend (with a body containing the job description)
• Delete dummy data and replace it with data from the BE
• Display 10 technical questions
• Add button "Back to job application details"
• Write cypress tests for displaying the page and clicking buttons
• Write cypress tests for fetch to the BE and expected errors
