I would like to propose an issue for consideration: the addition of a medical chatbot to our website.

  • The integration of a medical chatbot could significantly enhance user experience by providing immediate access to reliable health information and support. Here are a few key benefits:
  1. 24/7 Availability: Users can get assistance at any time, reducing wait times for information.
  2. User Engagement: A chatbot can engage users in interactive conversations, making their experience more personalized.
  3. FAQ section: Provide quick answers to common medical questions.
  4. Appointment scheduling: Allow users to book appointments directly through the chatbot.
