Create tutors-ssg with SvelteKit to replace tutors-html

Implement a new version of tutors-html using sveltekit and the adapter-static to create a static site generator.

The general idea of this is as follows:

• A sveltekit / skeleton site that can use tutors-ui library for ui components. This site is a template repo.
• A CLI application which pulls this template, reads the data from a tutors course (perhaps a tutors-json input?) and generates a static site.
• Static site can then be distributed as a zip, deployed to netlify/vercel or hosted or a traditional webhost.
