Doesn't automatically set filetype to htmldjango

• Description
  Upon opening a html template file in a django project, neovim doesn't automatically change filetype to htmldjango.
  :echo b:is_django returns 1

• Issue
  The filetype remains unchanged from html

• Expected
  The filetype is changed to htmldjango

• Environment:
  nvim -v
